  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
  • Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards and vouchers.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged/defective).

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@sjewellery.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Share your order number and reason for return along with product images.
  3. Once approved, our team will guide you on how to ship the item back.
  4. The product must be shipped back safely in its original packaging.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
