At S Jewellery, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering your jewellery. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy will guide you through the process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery pieces are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged/defective).
3. Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@sjewellery.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number and reason for return along with product images.
- Once approved, our team will guide you on how to ship the item back.
- The product must be shipped back safely in its original packaging.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be initiated after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size or design issues, subject to stock availability.
- In case the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images/video proof.
